BISHOP BILON KALUMBINGA ADVISE BISHOPS TO CLOSE CHURCHES THAT ARE NOT GROWING

Most of the people who wear the title of Bishop do have more than one church under their oversight. To manage more than one branch church can be a challenge. One of the challenges is to have a Pastor or Pastors who cannot grow their branch churches and depend on you and look to you as Bishop for their survival - for years. These kind of branch Pastors can stress a Bishop. Especially if you have to support them from your pocket.

If you have such a church, Bishop, don't stress and die early, close that church! Or, give it to the Pastor so he can move on - on his own; and you just relate. Some of these Bishops we see are under constant stress and pressure to financially sustain some branch church - all in the name of appearing to have "branches"! Please, my Bishop, close that church, relax and destress and live long. In some cases, a Bishop will have a branch church that never grows, years upon years, the church stands at 15 to 20 people!
